como fazer pudim de leite

Ingredientes :

1 chávena de açúcar

Preparação do pudim :

1 lata de leite condensado

2 latas de leite (medida da lata de leite condensado)

3 ovos

Preparação do caramelo :

Numa panela, derreta o açúcar até ficar dourado, depois, junte 1/2 chávena de água quente e mexa com uma colher de pau. Deixe ferver até dissolver o açúcar e a calda engrossar. Forre, com a calda, uma forma para pudim e reserve. Num recipiente bata, os vos, leite condensado e leite, depois despeje na forma previamente preparada com caramelo. Ponha em banho-maria no forno médio (180º C), por cerca de 1 hora e 30 minutos Depois de frio, leve ao frigorifico por cerca de 6 horas. Desenforme e sirva a seguir
