Como fazer mousse de chocolate

Essa seguinte receita de mousse de chocolate é muito fácil de realizar e deliciosa!

Ingredientes :

3 ovos

100 g de chocolate (preto, branco ou de leite)

1 colher de sopa de leite

1 pacote de açúcar de baunilha

Preparação :

Numa panela ponha o chocolate cortado ao bocados com o leite até amolecer. Em quanto isso, numa tigela misture as gemas e o açúcar. De seguida, bata as claras até ficarem firmes. Adicione agora à mistura das gemas com o açúcar as claras delicadamente com uma espátula. Colocar a refrigerar durante 2 horas no mínimo para ficar bem firme e fresca.

Pode decorar antes de servir, com fruta, coco, chantilly, etc…
