Sirva os vinhos na temperatura ideal

Sirva os espumantes à temperatura entre 4ºC e 6ºC e, ao gelar a garrafa, prefira um balde com gelo para que a rolha não resfrie e dificulte a retirada.

Para vinhos brancos e suaves a temperatura recomendada é 6ºC a 8ºC, para que o açúcar contido no vinho “amacie” o sabor.

Nos vinhos brancos e secos a temperatura deve variar entre 8ºC com os mais jovens, pelo efeito da acidez, e os mais maduros a 12ºC.

Com os vinhos rosados e secos deve-se variar a temperatura entre 12ºC e 14ºC o que representa uma faixa intermediária entre os brancos e tintos.

Já com os tintos jovens (Gamay, Dolcetto, Grignolino), a temperatura correta deve variar entre 14ºC e 16ºC, para os envelhecidos (Cabernet, Merlot, Malbec, Carmenére, Shiraz, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Barbera), 16ºC a 18ºC.
