Como fazer bolo de chocolate

Ingredientes :

80 g de farinha

125 g de açúcar

1 pacote de fermento

1 barra de chocolate preto (70% de cacau)

4 ovos

125 g de manteiga

Preparação :

Num recipiente misture a farinha, o açúcar, o fermento em pó e adicione os ovos  previamente batidos. Depois adicione a manteiga derretida.  Numa panela ponha o chocolate a derreter em lume brando com um pouco de água (1 colher de sopa). Misture tudo muito bem, ponha a mistura numa forma untada e leve ao forno a 180 graus por 30 minutos. No final da cozedura verificar se o bolo esta cozido, espetar uma faca no meio do bolo e se sair limpa, o seu bolo esta cozido. Se a faca sair suja, deixe cozer por mais 10 minutos.
